What data this site collects

The Depois da Caneta site has no account, login, or form that sends data to a server. The check-up tool, when available, runs entirely in your browser — no answer is sent, stored, or associated with you.

When you reach out via the phone, email, or WhatsApp listed on the Care page, the data exchanged (name, phone, message) is handled directly by the practice, with the same confidentiality as any physician-patient relationship, and is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Cookies and third-party tools

The site is hosted on Vercel, which may log standard technical access data (IP address, browser, pages visited) for infrastructure operation and security.

If the site starts using audience-analysis tools (such as Google Analytics) or advertising (such as Google AdSense), those tools may use cookies for statistical or advertising purposes. This policy will be updated to reflect that, and you'll be able to manage cookie and ad preferences directly in your browser settings or at google.com/settings/ads.

Affiliate links

The 'Things I use' page contains affiliate links (such as Mercado Livre). Clicking these links takes you to the partner's site, which has its own privacy policy — this site does not receive or process payment data from those purchases.

Your rights (LGPD)

Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018), you have the right to request information about any personal data processed, correction, or deletion.
